The Coast Guard is proud to be a part of this ongoing operation to safeguard the National Capital Region. Air Station Atlantic City, in Egg Harbor Township, N.J., provides multiple aircraft and crews to protect the NCR on a 24/7 basis. The NCR Air Defense Facility is under the operational control of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD).
