>Lloyd’s Register Cleared to Issue Anti-pollution Certificates to U.S. Flag Vessels

>On Nov. 3, Rear Admiral Brian Salerno, Assistant Commandant for Marine Safety, Security, and Stewardship, authorized Lloyd’s Register to issue MARPOL Annex VI International Air Pollution Prevention Certificates (IAPP) on the Coast Guard’s behalf to U.S. flag vessels.

The IAPP delegation completes the full suite of delegated authorities available to Lloyd’s Register for marine vessels as a recognised organization with the Coast Guard.
